VIP Hawaiian Holiday Terms & Conditions

Congratulations on receiving your VIP Hawaiian Holiday certificate. This promotion includes two round-trip coach tickets to Honolulu, Hawaii and two nights of economy accommodations. You have a choice of two departure gateways, either Los Angeles (LAX) or San Francisco (SFO) however, both parties must depart from the same gateway. To take advantage of this offer, please read and follow the instructions carefully. For those of you who wish to stay in better than economy accommodations, or stay for longer than two nights, or have a greater selection of possible travel days to choose from, airfare upgrades (outside of Tuesday departure and first Thursday return) and additional room nights are available at an additional cost to you. To validate, complete the registration form and mail to our address within 45 days from the date of issue or this certificate will be void. For proper validation your registration form must be issued, dated and signed by an authorized sponsor. No facsimiles or photocopies will be accepted; original documents only.

DETAILS OF PARTICIPATION

1. You will receive an acknowledgement letter within 14 days of receipt requesting your travel dates with options. Please select two valid dates, in chronological order, at least 21 days between choices and submit these dates at least 60 days in advance of your earliest departure date. These dates must be for Tuesday departure only, with a return on the first Thursday following departure. This letter will also request an estimated government imposed airline and hotel tax deposit of $100.00 USD. The actual cost of taxes (additional cost or refund) will be included in the confirmation letter. You must submit your tax deposit within 21 days from the date on that letter,  or this offer will be void. This certificate does not include transportation to and/or from the airport, food, beverages, taxes, gratuities, service charges or incidental expenses. Additional security and/or fuel surcharges may be imposed without notice and will be paid to Holiday Travel of America prior to travel.

2. All reservations are subject to space availability at the time of booking. This offer is valid for travel during the following periods: In 2009: January 5 – February 8; February 23 – March 15; April 1-7; April 15 – May 19; July 9 – August 31; September 9 – November 22; November 30 – December 19.  In 2010: January 4 – February 7; February 22 – March 14; April 12 – May 24; June 2 – 28; July 8 – August 30; September 8 – November 21; November 29 – December 19.  Once we have confirmed your reservation, you will be contacted approximately 60 days prior to your confirmed travel date however you may contact us at cs@htoa.com for an update.
 
3. This offer is not valid for groups (more than one couple traveling together on the same promotion) and cannot be used in conjunction with any other vacation offer. It is non-transferable, cannot be sold, has no cash value, for promotional use only, void where prohibited by law and is subject to change without notice. Due to the promotional nature of this offer, Holiday Travel of America can only honor one certificate, per household, per traveler, per year. This offer is not available to employees or friends or relatives of employees of the sponsoring company.

4. Holiday Travel of America is not to be held responsible for any act of God, and/or any other circumstances beyond our control, causing dates and/or accommodations to become unavailable. In the event that such a circumstance occurs, we will offer substitute dates and/or accommodations.

5. Both passengers must sign the registration form and be at least 21 years of age or older. This offer expires one year from the date of issue. All travel must be completed by that date.

6. Holiday Travel of America is not responsible for any verbal or written representation, by any person or company, which is not contained in this certificate.
