Congratulations on receiving your Official NASCAR Members Club offer.  You are now on the FASTTRACK to becoming an official NASCAR Members Club member.  This offer is valid for one 12 month Official NASCAR Members Club Membership which starts from the date of activation. We must receive your request within 30 days from the date of issue or this offer will be void.  This offer cannot be used in conjunction with any other offers.  No facsimiles or photo copies of this offer will be accepted, original documents only.  This offer is void where prohibited by law. FASTTRACK Promotions is not responsible for any verbal or written representation, by any person or company, which is not contained in this offer.

Process

Step 1    Fill out the attached Proof of Receipt completely, detach and mail to:  FASTTRACK Promotions 6405 El Camino Real Carlsbad, CA 92009-2802.

Step 2    Once we receive your complete valid proof of receipt, FASTTRACK Promotions will send you The Official NASCAR Members Club Application.   

Step 3    Please follow the instructions on the application when it arrives.

Step 4    After steps 1 through 3 are completed successfully, the Official NASCAR Members Club will send your Membership Benefits Package valid for one 12 month membership to the Official NASCAR Members Club.

Notice: There will be a one time $5.95 shipping and handling fee so you may receive your Official NASCAR Members Club Benefits package.
