A Midweek Holiday Terms & Conditions

1. This certificate entitles the registrant to complimentary standard accommodations for 2 adults. Take your choice of one of the following destinations: Orlando, FL; Puerto Vallarta or Cancun, Mexico; Daytona Beach, FL; Cabo San Lucas or San Carlos, Mexico; Freeport, Bahamas; Las Vegas, Mesquite or Reno, NV; Wisconsin Dells, WI; Ft. Lauderdale or Miami, FL; Hilton Head Island, SC; Branson, MO.

2. This certificate is for two adults who are 25 years of age or older and possess two major credit cards.  Sorry, no debit or ATM cards will be accepted.  Additional room nights and upgrades are available, at a special discounted rate, to certificate holders only.

3. Complete your reservation request form, and mail it in with your $25.00 USD tax deposit to: Holiday Travel of America, 6405 El Camino Real Carlsbad, CA 92009-2802.

4. Once you are confirmed, a travel consultant will contact you so you may proceed with your transportation plans. We recommend that you do not book your airline reservations until you are confirmed on the date and destination of your choice.

5. This certificate is valid for Sunday through Thursday occupancy only.  Upgrades, at additional cost, to the weekend may be available in certain destinations, ask your travel consultant for details.

6. You must select two (2) different dates, at least seven (7) days apart, in chronological order, or your request may be delayed.

7. Reservation requests must be submitted at least 45 days in advance and are subject to space availability at the time of booking. Please make your reservations early especially for holidays or peak seasons.  Certain destinations may be subject to high season blocked out periods.  

8. We will acknowledge your reservation request within fourteen (14) days of receipt. Holiday Travel of America will confirm your reservation in writing no less than 21 days in advance of your travel date. We will give you as much notice as possible.  In order to be fair to registered certificate holders we ask that you refrain from all telephone inquiries until we have received your reservation request and tax deposit.  Frequently asked questions and general questions regarding our reservation process can be answered by visiting www.htoa.com.

9. Cancellation Policy: Once we have confirmed your reservations and received all paperwork, you will receive a confirmation letter to present upon check in.  If you need to cancel/change confirmed reservations more than eight (8) business days prior to your arrival date there will be a $25.00 USD fee.  If you need to cancel/change confirmed reservations within seven (7) business days prior to your arrival or fail to check in for a confirmed reservation you will be charged the current rate, which will be guaranteed by credit card.

10. This certificate is valid for your accommodations only. It does not include food, beverages, taxes, portage, gratuities, transportation, service charges, or incidental expenses.

11. This certificate is not redeemable for cash or any other consideration. Any two or more certificates cannot be used consecutively, for group travel, or the same destination within a twelve (12) month period. You will be restricted from selecting a destination located in the county of your residence.

12. This certificate is fully transferable should you wish to use it as a gift, subject to the Terms and Conditions of this certificate.

13. Holiday Travel of America cannot be held responsible for any act of God, and/or any other circumstances beyond our control, causing destinations to become unavailable. In the event that such circumstance occurs, Holiday Travel of America will offer a substitute destination.

14. This offer is valid through December 15, 2010, and may be extended annually subject to destination changes.

15. Holiday Travel of America is not responsible for any verbal or written representations not contained in this certificate.
