Terms and Conditions

This certificate includes two round-trip coach tickets to Cancun, MX (CUN) and two nights first class all-inclusive accommodations midweek, departing from most major gateways in the Continental United States.  To take full advantage of this offer, please carefully read and follow all of the Terms, Conditions and Details of Participation. Details of Participation

You must validate the registration form on the certificate by completing it and mailing it to our address within 60 days from date of issue or this certificate will be void. For proper validation your registration form must be issued, dated, and signed by an authorized sponsor. No facsimiles or photocopies will be accepted; original documents only.

1. For those of you who wish to stay in better than Garden View Suite or Superior Unit accommodations, or to stay for longer than two nights, or to have a greater selection of possible travel dates/times from which to choose, alternate flight dates/times (i.e., outside of Tuesday departure and first Thursday return) and additional room nights are available at a discounted rate to certificate holders only.  Alternate flight dates/times vary in cost depending upon day of the week and season of travel. 

2. As part of the validation process, you should receive an acknowledgement letter from HTOA within 14 days of our receipt of this registration form. Due to the promotional nature of this offer and the time-sensitive deadlines, we ask that if you have not received the acknowledgement letter from HTOA within 14 days, please immediately contact customer service at cs@htoa.com or 760-431-8600 to prevent this offer from becoming void.  That letter will request your preferred travel dates and tax deposit. Please select two sets of dates, in chronological order, at least 21 days between choices and submit these dates at least 60 days in advance of your earliest departure date. We will seek to fulfill your dates based on availability in chronological order. These dates must be for Tuesday departure only (some departures may occur late in the day on the date of departure), with a return on the first Thursday (flights may occur early on the date of return) following departure (unless you choose to add additional room nights at your expense). At the time you send in your preferred dates of travel, you will be required to submit a tax deposit (which will be in the amount of the estimated international government imposed airline taxes, which are approximately $110 per person). To complete the validation process, you must submit your tax deposit within 30 days of receipt of that acknowledgment letter or this certificate will be void. After your travel date is confirmed, you will receive a confirmation letter which will disclose the amount of the actual cost of taxes. At that time, any variation between the actual government imposed taxes and your tax deposit will be refunded, or be requested, as the case may be.  Additional resort taxes may be imposed at check-in at the resort.

3. This certificate does not include transportation to and/or from the airport, taxes, service charges, gratuities or incidental personal expenses.

4. All reservations are subject to space availability at the time of booking. This offer is not available for travel during the following periods. In 2010: Feb 8-21; Mar 15-April 11; May 25-June 1; June 29-July 7; Aug 31-Sept 7; Nov 22-28; Dec 20-31.  In 2011: January 1-4; February 15-22; March 15-April 5; April 19-26; May 30-June 7; June 28-July 5; August 30-September 6; November 22-29; December 19-31.  In 2012: Jan 1-4; Feb 12-23; March 19-April 11; May 28-June 6; July 3-10; Aug 28-Sept 4; Nov 20-27; Dec 21-31.  Although space availability may be affected by special events held at our contracted resorts, you will be guaranteed to travel on a date requested that is not in one of the above periods. If we are unable to confirm travel and lodging on your preferred dates, HTOA, Inc. will contact you by telephone to work with you to confirm travel and lodging on one of the available dates. Once we secure a confirmation you will be contacted approximately 60 days prior to your confirmed travel date.  You may contact us at cs@htoa.com, for an update prior to being confirmed.

5. This offer is not valid for groups (any two couples attempting to travel together with different certificates) and cannot be used in conjunction with any other vacation offer. This certificate may not be given away, it is non-transferable, cannot be sold, and has no cash value, for promotional use only, void where prohibited by law. Due to the promotional nature of this offer, HTOA, Inc. will allow one certificate per household, per family, per year to be redeemed. Same passenger cannot redeem a separate certificate within a year.  This offer is not available to employees, or friends or relatives of employees of the sponsoring company.

6. HTOA, Inc. is not to be held responsible for any act of God, and/or any other circumstances beyond our control, causing dates and/or accommodations to become unavailable. In the event that such a circumstance occurs, we will offer substitute dates and/or accommodations.

7. Your package includes: A Garden View Suite or Superior Unit; Welcome glass of sparkling wine; All meals breakfast, lunch and dinner; All Premium Brand beverages, alcoholic and non-alcoholic; All non-motorized water sports; Daily and Nightly Activity Programs; and Live music and shows.  This promotion requires both passengers to sign this registration form and be between the ages of 40-70 and have a combined household income of $70,000 USD or greater, otherwise you will be billed by the resort based on their retail rates during your stay. Timely validated certificates expire one year from the date of issue. All travel must be completed by that date.
