1. To validate this book, please complete the master registration form and mail it, with at least one reservation form, to the address indicated. Each destination choice must be accompanied with a $5.00 USD processing fee. Once we have recorded the master registration form, you may then, at anytime, at least 60 days prior to travel, register any or all additional reservation forms. You also have the opportunity to take advantage of our special offer. You may request to register all 40 reservation forms, at the same time, for only $79.00. That's over a 60% savings, when registering each vacation individually. Please be sure to enter your master certificate number on each reservation form.

2. We will acknowledge receipt of your registration form, within 14 days of receipt. At that time, we must reconfirm your two dates of travel, and receive an initial payment of $100.00 USD. This initial payment will be applied toward your travel purchase or refunded, less any change or cancellation fee incurred.

3. You must book and pay for your travel through Holiday Travel of America, to use any certificate.

4. Extended stays are available upon request.

5. Reservations must be made at least 30 days in advance of departure.

6. All reservations are subject to space availability at the time of booking. We recommend 60-90 days in advance, so make your reservations early, especially holidays and peak seasons. This promotion my be subject to high season blocked periods. Any reservation form is fully transferable, before registering, should you wish to use it as a gift.

7. These vacation offers are designed for two adults traveling together.

8. These certificates are not redeemable for cash or any other consideration, nor can certificates be used for group travel or in conjunction with one another during the same travel period, with the exception of cruise certificates, which may be combined with accommodation or airfare certificate. If the traveler elects to combine the cruise offer with any other offer, transportation to and from the destination, to the origin of cruise is the responsibility of the traveler.

9. Holiday Travel of America reserves the right to substitute hotels or airlines of equal or greater value, at anytime.

10. Prices are subject to change without notice.
 
LAND
11. The accommodation certification entitles the registrant to vacation accommodations for the specific days and nights, to all the destinations registered. Each accommodation package is only available with the purchase of the two lowest non-promotional round trip airline tickets, on a major scheduled airline, departing from the continental United States.

12. These accommodation certificates do not apply to food, beverages, airport transportation, service charges, taxes, gratuities, incidental expenses.
 
SEA
13. The two for the price of one cruise certificates, entitle the registrant to a cruise for two adults, for the price of one, based upon the annual brochure rate.  All meals are included for two persons during the cruise and we only offer certain categories I certain cruses ships.  Airfares allowances do not apply, and cannot be used in conjunction with these certificates.  The applicable port charges and taxes must be paid by each passenger and are not included in the two for one offer.

14. Cruises of equal or increased value may be substituted, subject to availability.  If there is redeployment of vessel, we reserve the right to substitute cruise ships, or cruise itineraries.

15. The airfare certificates are valid for two round trip airline tickets with the purchase of deluxe accommodations, at participating resorts, for the specified number of nights, based on current published rates.  This offer subject to a maximum retail value of $800 USD per ticket.  The location of the accommodation may vary geographically from the international airport of your destination.  The traveler is responsible for their own transportation from the airfare to their accommodations.

16. On certain destinations requiring a 14 night stay, you may be allowed to separate your stay between two destinations in the same region and spend a week in each.  You are responsible for your transportation between destinations.

17. All departures are from the continental United States; no Hawaii or Alaska departures.    

18. Holiday Travel of America is not responsible for any verbal or written representation, by any person or company, which is not contained in this book.

19. These certificates cannot be used in conjunction with other hotels, cruises, air discounts, or special promotions of any kind and can only be sold by Holiday Travel of America’s authorized agents.

20. Holiday Travel of America is not to be held responsible for any act of God, and /or any other circumstances beyond our control, causing destinations to become unavailable.  In the event that such a circumstance occurs. Holiday Travel of America will offer a substitute destination.

21. These certificates expire December 15, 2014.  All departures must be taken by this date.
