Holiday Air II Terms & Conditions

1. To validate: select a destination, complete the reservation form, and send it with a $10.00 USD processing fee to the address listed on the certificate.
 
2. We will acknowledge receipt of your reservation form within fourteen (14) days. You will be contacted 45 days prior to your requested departure date.
 
3. This certificate is valid for two, fully paid, round-trip airline tickets. You may choose form the 28 destinations listed. This airfare package is only available with the purchase of seven (7) or fourteen (14) nights of deluxe accommodations, as indicated below, at participating resorts, at current published rates, through Holiday Travel of America.
 
4. These certificates do not apply to any incidental expenses, airport transfers, service charges, gratuities, or taxes, which are the responsibility of the traveler. This promotion is subject to a maximum retail value of $800.00 USD per ticket, (exception: 7 Nights Honolulu and Cabo San Lucas maximum retail value of $500.00 USD per ticket).
 
5. Extended stays are available at an additional charge. Please request your extra nights on the reservation form.
 
6. Reservation requests must be made at least 60 days in advance. All reservations are subject to space availability at the time of booking.
 
7. On certain destinations requiring a 14-night stay, you may be allowed to separate your stay between two destinations in the same region, and spend a week in each. You are responsible for your transportation between destinations.
 
8. The location of the accommodations may vary geographically from the airport of your destination. The traveler is responsible for their own transportation from the airport to their accommodations.
 
9. Holiday Travel of America is not responsible for any verbal or written representation, by any person or company, which are not contained in this certificate.
 
10. Two or more certificates cannot be used concurrently, or for group travel. All reservations are based upon double occupancy only. Additional guests are at an additional cost.
 
11. Holiday Travel of America is not to be held responsible for any act of God, or any other circumstance beyond our control, causing destinations to become unavailable. In the event that such circumstance occurs, Holiday Travel of America will offer a substitute destination. Travel insurance is recommended.
 
12. All departures must leave from a major gateway city, in the continental United States. No Alaska departures.
 
13. Should you wish to use this certificate as a gift, it is fully transferable, prior to registering.
 
14. This certificate expires December 15, 2010, subject to destination changes. All travel must be completed by this date.
