Hawaii Air Terms & Conditions

1. To utilize this offer you must complete the passenger airline voucher registration and return it to Holiday Travel of America  6405 El Camino Real, Carlsbad, CA 92009-2802.

2. This airline voucher entitles the 1st and 2nd passengers to a round-trip airline ticket to Honolulu. You must purchase accommodations at a minum of $165 per night, plus tax, for the specified nights, at current published rates, through Holiday Travel of America, to receive the two roundtrip airline tickets. This voucher does not include inter-island flights, food, beverages, taxes, portage, gratuities, service charges, fuel surcharge, or incidental expenses.  One passenger must be at least 18 years of age or older.

3. This airline voucher must be received at least 60 days prior to your departure date.  You must select two different dates, at least ten days apart, in chronological order.  All reservations are subject to space availability at the time of booking, so make your reservations early.  This promotion may be subject to high season blocked out periods, or high rates during holidays or special events.

4. This round-trip airline voucher for two to Honolulu requires a purchase of accommodations from one of our participation hotels or resorts, for the specified number of nights.  7 Night departures are from Los Angeles (LAX), San Francisco (SFO); 9 Night departures are from Chicago(ORD), Dallas/FT. Worth (DFW), Las Vegas (LAS ), Reno (RNO): 10 night departures are from Atlanta (ATL), Boston (BOS), Denver (DEN), Detroit (DTW), Little Rock (LIT),  Miami (MIA), Minneapolis (MSP), New York (LGA or JFK), Newark (EWR), Philadelphia (PHL), Phoenix (PHX), Pittsburgh (PIT), Porland, OR (PDX), Salt  Lake City (SLC), St. Louis (STL), Washington DC (WAS): 14 Night departures are from Cincinnati (CVG), Cleveland (CLE), Hartford (BDL), Indianapolis (IND), Manchester (MHT), Nashville (BNA), New Orleans (MSY), Portland, ME (PWM), Providence (PVD).  All departures are from selected major gateway cities in the continental US only.  Void in Alaska.  Departure cities are subject to change without notice.

5. Holiday Travel of America is not responsible for any verbal or written representation, by any person or company, which is not contained in this voucher.  This voucher cannot be used in conjunction with other hotel or airline discounts, or special promotions of any kind, and can only be sold by an authorized distributor of Holiday Travel of America.  Airfares are subject to a maximum retail value, dependent on point of departure, as follows: 7 Nights - $500, 9 Nights - $700, 10 - Nights $800, 14 Nights - $900.  If the airfare exceeds the maximum retail value, you will be required to pay the difference.

6. Holiday Travel of America is not to be held responsible for any act of God, and/or any other circumstance beyond our control, causing resorts to become unavailable.  In the event that such a circumstance occurs, Holiday Travel of America will offer a substitute destination.

7. This voucher is not redeemable for cash, or any other consideration, and is fully transferable, prior to registration, should you wish to use it as a gift.

8. This offer expires December 15, 2010, and will be extended annually, subject to possible changes.
