FlyAway Terms & Conditions

This certificate includes two round-trip coach tickets to one of the following destinations: Orlando, Acapulco, Puerto Vallarta, Cabo San Lucas, Las Vegas or Honolulu, Hawaii plus two nights of economy accommodations. You may depart from any major gateway city in the Continental United States, however, both parties must depart from the same gateway. To take advantage of this offer, please read and follow the instructions carefully. For those of you who wish to stay in better than economy accommodations, or to stay for longer than two nights, upgrades and additional room nights are available, at additional cost to you.

You must validate this registration form by completing and mailing it to our address within 30 days from date of issue or this certificate will be void. For proper validation, your registration form must be issued, dated, and signed by an authorized sponsor. No facsimiles or photocopies will be accepted; original documents only.

Details of Participation

1. You will receive an acknowledgement letter within 14 days of our receipt of this registration form. That acknowledgement letter will request your preferred travel dates. Please select two sets of dates in chronological order, at least 21 days between choices, and submit these dates at least 60 days in advance of your earliest departure date. We will seek to fulfill your dates based on availability in chronological order. These dates must be for Tuesday departure only, with a return on the first Thursday following departure (unless you choose to add additional room nights at your expense). At the time you send in your preferred dates of travel, you will be required to submit a $49.00 to $299.00 per person processing fee (based on departure airport and destination),  and an estimated airline, hotel tax, airport security and Mexican departure tax (if applicable) deposit of $81.00 to $299.00 range (based on departure airport and destination), within 30 days of receipt of that acknowledgment letter.

2. All reservations are subject to space availability at the time of booking and you will be contacted approximately 60 days prior to your confirmed travel date.  This offer is valid for travel during the following periods:  In 2009: Jan 5 - Feb 8; Feb 23 - March 15; April 1 - 7; April 15 - May 19; May 27 – June 30; July 9 – Aug 31; Sept 9 – Nov 22; Nov 30 - Dec 20.  In 2010: Jan 4 – Feb 6; Feb 22 – March 14; April 12 – May 24; June 2 – 28; July 8 – Aug 30; Sept 8 – Nov 21; Nov 29 – Dec 19.  In 2011: Jan 5 – Feb13; Feb 23 – March 13; April 6 – 18; April 27 – May 29; June 8 – 27; July 6 – Aug 29; Sept 7 – Nov 21; Nov 30 – Dec 18.

3. This certificate does not include transportation to and from the airport, food, beverages, taxes, gratuities or incidental personal  expenses.

4. This offer is not valid for groups (anyone attempting to travel with two or more certificates), and cannot be used in conjunction with any other vacation offer. It is non-transferable, cannot be sold, has no cash value, for promotional use only, void where prohibited by law. Additional security and/or fuel surcharges may be imposed without notice and will be paid by the passengers to Holiday Travel prior to travel. Due to the promotional nature of this offer, HTOA can only honor one certificate, per household per year. This offer is not available to employees, or friends or relatives of employees of the sponsoring company.

5. HTOA, Inc. is not to be held responsible for any act of God, and/or any other circumstances beyond our control, causing dates and/or accommodations to become unavailable. In the event that such a circumstance occurs, we will offer substitute dates and/or accommodations.

6. Both passengers must sign this registration form and be 21 years of age or older. Timely validated certificates expire one year from the date of issue. All travel must be completed by that date.

7. HTOA Inc. is not responsible for any verbal or written representation, by any person or company, which is not contained in this certificate.
