Carnival Cruise Plus Terms & Conditions

1. To validate, complete the reservation form, and mail it, with a $25.00 USD tax deposit, to our address.

2. We will acknowledge receipt of your reservation form within 14 days.  You will be contacted at least 45 days prior to your requested departure date.

3. This certificate is for two adults, who must be 25 years of age or older, and possess two major credit cards.  Additional room nights are available, at a special discounted rate.

4. YOU MUST MAKE YOUR RESERVATION, AND PAY FOR YOUR CRUISE, THROUGH HOLIDAY TRAVEL OF AMERICA TO USE THIS CERTIFICATE.

5. Reservations must be submitted at least 60 days in advance, and are subject to our ability to fulfill the reservation request at its contracted rate for the time and destination chosen, so make your reservations early, especially for holidays and peak seasons. This promotion may be subject to holiday and high season blocked out periods. Miami accommodations are Wednesday and Thursday occupancy only.

6. Air transportation is not included; however it may be purchased through Holiday Travel of America.

7. Telephone reservations or inquires cannot be accepted until the completed reservation form and tax deposit have been received.

8. This certificate entitles the registrant to a cruise for two adults, for the price of one, based upon the annual brochure rate.  The complimentary nights of accommodation must be taken prior to your cruise.  All meals are included for two persons, during the cruise only.  The applicable port charges and taxes must be paid by each passenger, and are not included in the two for one offer. This offer is for category one through category four only.

9. Holiday Travel of America is not responsible for any verbal or written representation, by any person or company, which is not contained in this certificate.

10. This certificate is valid for your guestroom for two nights, and for the two for the price of one cruise.  It does not include transportation to and from the port of departure, hotel food, beverages, taxes, portage, gratuities, service charges, or incidental expenses.

11. Holiday Travel of America is not affiliated with, nor an agent of, Carnival Cruise Lines, and is solely responsible for this offer. Holiday Travel of America is not to be held responsible for any act of God, and/or any other circumstances beyond our control, causing vessel, itineraries or accommodation destinations to become unavailable. In the event that such a circumstance occurs, Hoilday Travel of America will offer a substitute vessel, itinerary, or accommodation destination. If there is a redeployment of vessel, we reserve the right to substitute cruises of our choice. Travel insurance is recommended.

12. All prices quoted are based on the Carnival annual brochure rate, and are subject to change, without notice.  Third and fourth passengers will require an additional fee.

13. This certificate is fully transferable, prior to registration, should you wish to use it as a gift, subject to all terms and conditions. This certificate cannot be used for group travel, or in conjunction with any other cruise line discounts or promotions. Airfare allowances do not apply, and cannot be used in conjunction with this certificate.

14. This certificate is void if sold over the Internet, however, it can be used as a gift with internet purchase.

16. This certificate expires December 15, 2010 and will be extended annually subject to destination and itinerary changes.
