Bon Voyage Terms & Conditions

1. To validate, complete the reservation request form and mail it with a non-refundable $10.00 USD processing fee to Holiday Travel of America, 6405 El Camino Real, Carlsbad, CA 92009-2802.

2. We will acknowledge receipt of your reservation request form within 14 days. You will be contacted at least 45 days prior to your requested departure date.

3. This certificate is for two adults, who must be 21 years of age or older.

4. YOU MUST MAKE YOUR RESERVATION, AND PAY FOR YOUR CRUISE, THROUGH HOLIDAY TRAVEL OF AMERICA, TO USE THIS CERTIFICATE.

5. Reservation request forms must be submitted at least 60 days in advance, and are subject to space availability at the time of booking, so make your reservations early, especially for holiday and peak seasons.

6. Air transportation is not included, however it may be purchased through Holiday Travel of America.

7. Telephone reservations or inquiries cannot be accepted until the completed reservation request form and the non-refundable $10.00 USD processing fee has been received.

8. This certificate entitles the registrant to a cruise for two adults, for the price of one, based upon the annual List Rate. Meals are included for two persons, during the cruise only. Two for one rate applies to cruise fare only. Government fees and taxes are not included and must be paid by each passenger. This offer is based on interior category lA.  It does not include transportation to and from the port of departure, hotel food, beverages, taxes, portage, gratuities, service charges or incidental expenses.

9. Holiday Travel of America is not responsible for any verbal or written representation, by any person or company, which is not contained in this certificate.

10. Holiday Travel of America is not affiliated with, nor an agent of, Carnival Cruise Lines, and is solely responsible for this offer.  Holiday Travel of America is not to be held responsible for any act of God, and/or any other circumstances beyond our control, causing vessels or itineraries to become unavailable.  In the event that such a circumstance occurs, Holiday Travel of America will offer a substitute vessel or itinerary.  If there is a redeployment of vessel, we reserve the right to substitute cruises of our choice. Travel insurance is recommended.

11. All prices quoted are based on the Carnival annual List Rate, and are subject to change annually, without notice.  Third and fourth passengers will require an additional fee and will require upgraded cabin type to accommodate additional passengers.

12. This certificate is fully transferable, prior to registration, should you wish to use it as a gift, subject to all terms and conditions.  This certificate cannot be used for group travel, or in conjunction with any other cruise line discounts or promotions. Airfare allowances do not apply, and cannot be used in conjunction with this certificate.

13. This certificate is Void if sold over the INTERNET, however, can be used as a gift with internet purchase.

14. “Carnival” and “Fun Ship”, is a registered trademark of Carnival Corporation. Ships Registry: The Bahamas and Panama.

15. Proper travel documentation is required at embarkation and throughout the cruise and is the responsibility of the guest. It is the sole responsibility of each passenger to determine if additional documentation is required for travel.

16. This certificate expires December 15, 2010, and will be extended annually, subject to destination and itinerary changes.

17. Holiday Travel of America is registered with the State of Florida as a seller of Travel. Registration No. 23152
