A Holiday Terms and Conditions

Congratulations on receiving your certificate, A Holiday. You have the opportunity to enjoy complimentary accommodations at one of the destinations listed on the front of this certificate, along with the corresponding number of nights.  The value of these complimentary room nights may range between $150.00 - $750.00.  To take advantage of this offer, please read and follow the instructions carefully. We wish you a wonderful Holiday!

1. To validate, complete the reservation request form and mail it with your $25.00 USD tax deposit for government imposed taxes to Holiday Travel of America.  Actual taxes are imposed on a per night basis. We will acknowledge receipt of your reservation form within 14 days.  If your reservation process is not complete and you decide not to travel, your $25.00 tax deposit will be refunded, subject to each destination's cancellation policy. Confirmation of your reservation will be made in writing no less than 30 days in advance of your travel date.  We will give you as much notice as possible.  To use this certificate you must make your reservation through Holiday Travel of America.

2. This certificate entitles the registrant to complimentary accommodations for 2 adults who are 25 years of age or older and possess a major credit card.  There may be an additional cost for extra guests.  Additional room nights are available, at a special discounted rate for certificate holders only.

3. This certificate is valid for your accommodations only and does not include transportation, hotel food, beverages, taxes, portage, gratuities, service charges or incidental expenses.

4. This certificate is fully transferable should you wish to use it as a gift, subject to the Details of Participation of this certificate.

Details of Participation

1. Please select two (2) different dates, in chronological order, with seven (7) days between choices. Reservation requests must be submitted at least 45 days in advance and are subject to space availability at time of booking.  Certain destinations may be subject to high season blocked out periods.

2. Once you are confirmed, a travel consultant will contact you so that you may proceed with your transportation plans. We recommend that you do not book airfare reservations until you are confirmed at your destination and date of choice.

3. This offer is not valid for groups, and cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer. This certificate is not redeemable for cash or any other consideration.  Any two or more certificates cannot be used consecutively, nor applied to the same destination, within a twelve (12) month period.

4. Holiday Travel of America is not to be held responsible for any act of God, and/or any other circumstances beyond our control, causing accommodations and/or destinations to become unavailable. In the event that such a circumstance occurs, we will offer a substitute destination.

5. This offer is valid through December 15, 2010, and may be extended annually subject to destination changes.

6. Holiday Travel of America is not responsible for any verbal or written representations not contained in this certificate.
