A Carnival Cruise Holiday Terms & Conditions

1. To validate, complete the reservation request form and mail to our address. We will acknowledge receipt of your reservation form within 14 days. For proper validation your registration form must be issued, dated and signed by an authorized sponsor. No facsimiles or photocopies will be accepted; original documents only.

2. To use this certificate you must make your reservation through Holiday Travel of America. Telephone inquiries cannot be accepted until the completed reservation request form has been received.

3. This certificate entitles the registrant to a cruise for two adults that include Category 1 staterooms upper/lower (bunk beds), plus all your shipboard meals and entertainment. Upgrades may be available for an additional cost, at your request. The two complimentary nights of accommodations can be taken prior to your cruise. Additional room nights are available, at a special discounted rate for certificate holders.

4. This certificate does not include transportation to and from the port of departure, hotel food, beverages, portage, gratuities, service charges or incidental expenses. Airfare allowances do not apply and cannot be used in conjunction with this offer. However, airfare can be purchased through Holiday Travel of America, at your request.

Details of Participation

1. You will receive an acknowledgement letter requesting your travel dates. Please select two valid dates, in chronological order, at least 21days between choices and submit these dates at least 90 days in advance of the earliest departure date. The letter will also request $249.00USD per person, which includes government departure taxes, processing and port fees. Should you choose to take advantage of the two complimentary room nights, there will be a $12.50USD per night tax deposit.

2.  This offer is subject to space availability.  Optimal booking periods are January 1-February 28; April 15-May 15; September 1-December 31.  Spring Break, major holidays and summer months may be available, but will require a peak season surcharge.

3. This offer is not valid for groups, and cannot be used in conjunction with any other cruise offer. It is non-transferable, cannot be sold or redeemed for cash, for promotional use only, is void where prohibited by law and is subject to change without notice. Due to the promotional nature of this offer, Holiday Travel of America can only honor one certificate, per person, per year.

4. Holiday Travel of America is not to be held responsible for any act of God, and/or any other circumstances beyond our control, causing vessels, itineraries or accommodation destinations to become unavailable. In the event that such a circumstance occurs we will offer a substitute vessel, itinerary or accommodation destination. If there is a redeployment of vessel, we reserve the right to substitute cruises of our choice.

5. Both passengers must sign the cruise reservation request form. One passenger must be at least 25 years of age or older. This offer expires on December 15, 2010 and will be extended annually subject to destination, itinerary and price changes.

6. Holiday Travel of America is not responsible for any verbal or written representation, by any person or company, which is not contained in this certificate.
